PHILADELPHIA, PA — January 27, 2025 — Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of a new Zaxby’s restaurant on White Horse Pike in Magnolia, New Jersey. David M. Dunkelman of Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. represented the tenant in the site selection and leasing process for the new location, which marks Zaxby’s continued strategic expansion into the Northeast.
The new restaurant is designed to accommodate both on-premise and off-premise dining, offering dine-in, drive-thru, takeout, and delivery options for the surrounding community and nearby commuter traffic along the White Horse Pike corridor.
