Philadelphia, PA – June 9, 2025 — Panda Express, with over 2,300 restaurants, is expanding across the Greater Philadelphia area with four (4) newly secured locations including two recently opened, one in Northeast Philadelphia, and one in Temple, PA.
The deals were led by Richard L. Soloff, President of Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. (srdre.com), serving as the exclusive broker for Panda Express throughout the region.
Now Open: Roosevelt Mall
Cottman Avenue & Bustleton Avenue, Northeast Philadelphia, PA
Panda Express has officially opened its doors at the Roosevelt Mall, located at the corner of Cottman Avenue and Bustleton Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia.
The site benefits from excellent access, strong co-tenancy, and high daily traffic volumes in one of the most densely populated parts of the city.

Panda Express has opened a new freestanding drive-thru restaurant on a pad site at Town Square Shopping Center, located on North 5th Street Highway in Temple, PA — just north of Reading. The newly constructed restaurant is positioned in front of Target and joins a strong tenant lineup that includes Giant Food Stores PetSmart, Ross, Five Below, and Fine Wine & Good Spirits.

Snyder Plaza’s daily traffic and strong anchors make it an ideal fit for Panda’s first South Philly location

The site sits adjacent to Costco, Chick-fil-A, and the Philadelphia Premium Outlets, providing significant regional draw and visibility. Sanatoga offers a powerful combination of freeway access, retail energy, and future growth — an ideal site for a freestanding Panda Express
