The property sits on .73 acres and features a 2,600-square-foot, built-to-suit building for AT&T Corporate, with 25 dedicated off-street parking spaces to accommodate customers.

The flagship AT&T store will provide a full suite of telecommunications products and services, including the latest mobile devices, accessories, and personalized customer support. This store is positioned to serve both the local community and the significant number of shoppers visiting the King of Prussia trade area.

Adam Goodman of Goodman Properties, based in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, is the developer of this free-standing building, bringing his expertise in premium retail space development. Glenn Marvin of Metro Commercial Real Estate acted as the co-broker, working closely with Richard L. Soloff, the lead broker for this project.
