Medical ComplexNovember 18, 2020  [Bala Cynwyd, PA] – Soloff Realty and Development Inc. has been selected to represent Mantua Partners, LLC and North Bridge Properties as its exclusive leasing advisor. David Dunkelman will handle the assignment for this new 10-acre mixed-use development project in Mantua, New Jersey. As a main suburb of Philadelphia, Mantua is a trade area that continues to grow along with the Gloucester County demand for commercial and residential development aka suburban sprawl.

The Mantua Shopping Center & Medical Complex will include a retail component consisting of a 3,200 SF free-standing building with drive-thru and a 2,500 SF end-cap to accompany the recently leased Dunkin’ and a 12,250 SF divisible retail building fronting Woodbury Glassboro Road. The medical component will consist of two buildings, each a 3-story state of the art facility totaling 77,500 SF connected by a covered walkway.  Each building contains ground floor covered parking and brand building signage opportunities.

The development is accessible from entrances on both Woodbury Glassboro Road and Lambs Road, offering excellent access and visibility, as well as proximity to the nearby Route 55 interchange. Wawa, Dollar General, Rite Aid and others already exist at this traffic lit intersection, with Target, Rowan University (19,465 students) and the new Inspira Medical Center all situated in the surrounding area.

Construction begins Spring 2021 with an estimated completion date of Spring / Summer 2022.
