Massage franchise Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa has grown immensely since its founding in New Jersey in 2005, now operating more than 400 spa locations across the U.S. and Canada. David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. has exclusively represented them since they entered the New Jersey market. Over the past several months, Hand & Stone has signed seven (7) new leases in New Jersey with more stores planned for the remainder of 2019.
New locations in New Jersey are Bayonne Crossing in Bayonne, ACME Commons Shopping Center in Bordentown, Somerset Shopping Center in Bridgewater, Palisades Avenue in Englewood, Hudson Tea building in Hoboken, ITC Crossings in Flanders, and Oak Tree Plaza in Egg Harbor Township.
Recently, Hand & Stone received wide-spread acclaim after being named No. 8 on Forbes’ “Best Franchises to Buy List” in the high investment category. According to an article in Forbes, the brand was one of two massage franchises on the list and was featured amid well-known fast-casual and QSR brands such as Culver’s and Panera.
