Golden Chopsticks Coming in Spring 2021

Richard Soloff of Soloff Realty & Development, on behalf of Tower Investments, concluded a 2,400 SF lease with Golden Chopsticks Restaurant.

Golden Chopsticks, the Chinese Food Restaurant located in the Spring Garden neighborhood at Museum Towers, will be relocating to a new 2,400-square-foot store in the newly constructed retail center at 490 N. Broad Street. Situated on the Southwest corner of North Broad and Spring Garden Streets, this busy location is adjacent to the SEPTA Broad Street Subway Station and two blocks from the Community College of Philadelphia, which generates a high volume of pedestrian foot traffic. Other tenants in the Center include CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee, Citizens Bank and the AT&T store.

Golden Chopsticks’ new restaurant will be fit out to properly adhere to social distancing protocols and safety measures to ensure the safety of their customers and employees.
