$1.5 Million Sale of Former Rite Aid in Wilkes-Barre, PA

Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the former Rite Aid property located at 155 East Northampton Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, for $1,500,000.
The freestanding retail building consists of approximately 11,142 square feet and is situated on 1.23 acres at a signalized intersection. The property features 74 off-street parking spaces, dual freestanding pylon signage, and benefits from a combined traffic count of more than 38,700 vehicles per day along Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and Northampton Street.
The Buyer, 555 Scott Street Realty LLC, an affiliate of Marquez Food Group, plans to redevelop the property into a grocery store serving the surrounding Wilkes-Barre community. The Seller was S&F Motel Co, LLC.
